What is Scarlett Panda?
Scarlett Panda is a bedtime story app for kids that uses AI technology to generate personalized stories. How do I use the app?
You just have to go to the website www.scarlettpanda.com and click "Write me a Story". Then you have to log in using your email or have a magic link sent to your email. After logging in, you can start crafting your story - what it's about, the main character's friends, and the moral of the story. The app will then generate the entire story for you!
Are Scarlett Panda’s AI stories safe for kids?
Yes, the stories generated by the AI are designed to be age-appropriate and safe for children. The content is carefully curated to ensure it aligns with educational and ethical standards.

How does it work?

We have a Google play app that you can download directly and you can use the same logins as on the web app. The Apple store app is in development.

Can I access Scarlett Panda on different devices?
Yes, you can access it on any devices you prefer. Most of customers prefer tablets or mobiles. We also advise to use an old phone with no applications that you can just give to your children to make sure they focus on the reading.
How much does it cost?
Our unlimited story plan with other features is only $9.90 a month and $49.90 per year! Printed copies of our books or story medleys (approximatively 30 pages) cost 29.90$ + shipping. You can also request audio for a specific storybook for only 9.90$ per 10 chapter book.
How does the 7 day trial work and how can I cancel it?
Upon using your 1 story credit, you will be offered a 7-day trial of our premium subscription for only 1$ (exclusive for yearly subscription only). If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day trial period, you can do so directly through the Scarlett Panda app. Simply go to the "Manage Subscription" section at the bottom of the app, in case of difficulty please email us. Please note that if you don't cancel within the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a yearly subscription and you will be billed accordingly. We will then not offer a refund so please make sure to cancel before the end of the 7 days.
You can also opt for our Referral Program if you want to get free stories without paying more! Have your referral sign up, and get your story credited right away! If you have encountered any problems in cancelling or getting your story credits, please send an email to info@scarlettpanda.com.
Can it be used only online or offline?
Yes, your stories can be downloaded into your device and you can access them offline.
What is the difference between the app and Chat GPT?
Chat GPT doesn’t specialize in storytelling, doesn’t have safety filters for children, not customized audio mediations and illustrations therefore it is a very different product.
What other features do you have aside from short AI stories?
We have Meditation, Learning Adventure, Storybooks, and Lullaby. You can also request printed version of your books by emailing info@scarlettpanda.com
Can I customize the stories for my child?
Absolutely! The AI-generated stories can be customized based on your child's preferences, interests, and reading level. You can provide input and feedback to tailor the stories to your child's needs. Please note that if you want the printed version, we send you the full book by pdf and you are able to make as many requests as you want to make it perfect.
Do you have other languages available?
We have more than 100 languages available for instant stories. For larger formats, you can also request it by contacting scarlett panda directly. We’ll enable the language you want in less than 24h.
How long can the stories be saved in my library?
If you are using your free story credits, your stories may only be available in your library for a limited time. However, if you upgrade to a paid subscription, you can store your stories in your library forever.
What age group is this service suitable for?
The service can cater to a wide range of age groups, from early readers to pre-teens. The stories can be adjusted to align with the appropriate reading level and content complexity for each age group. You might notice that all stories are more words than images. Main reason behind this is because we want to encourage imagination as much as possible and the love of reading from the youngest age.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please reach out to our support email info@scarlettpanda.com if you want to cancel your subscription. You will continue to have and can still use your premium feature until the end of the cycle that you have paid for. You can also cancel directly on the app.
How does the your Referral Program work?
If you are not paying any premium subscription, you can still have 1 free story credit for every successful referral (when your friend used your referral link and signed in on the app).
Can I get my Stories printed?
Certainly! If you'd like to get your stories printed, all you need to do is send an email to info@scarlettpanda.com with your address. We can provide you with a price or cost estimate based on your location, and it's worth noting that we ship worldwide. You have the option to choose between having a single storybook or compiling 10 short stories from your library. Additionally, if you prefer, you can request changes to the images and make them premium or even provide your own photos for a more personalized touch. Feel free to reach out with any specific preferences or questions regarding the printing process - we're here to assist you!
Can this service replace traditional storytelling methods?
The AI-generated story writer should be seen as a supplement to traditional storytelling methods, not a replacement. It can offer additional reading material and foster children's interest in literature, but the value of human interaction, creativity, and the personal touch of traditional storytelling should still be encouraged. We also recommend to request prints of your favorite stories so you can also have a screen free experience.
